's Cancellation Policy
Transparent and fair terms and conditions for all your Nexvisit stays in Alsace and Lorraine.
Scope
This cancellation policy applies to all reservations made on the nexvisit.com website, operated by SAS Nexvisit, registered under SIRET number 93258482400019, with its registered office located at 67170 Brumath.
It sets forth the cancellation, modification, and refund policies applicable to stays booked directly with Nexvisit.
Cancellation Policy
Refund terms are determined based on the time between the date of cancellation notification and the scheduled arrival date, which is set for 4:00 p.m. on the day of check-in.

The refundable amount covers the total amount paid, including tax, as follows:
- Number of nights booked
- Cleaning fees
- Laundry costs
The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure, provided that the property is found to be in good condition.
Cancellation Procedure
All cancellation requests must be submitted using one of the following methods:
- By email to nexvisitimmo@gmail.com
- Through the customer portal on nexvisit.com
- Through the booking platform used
Written confirmation that the cancellation has been processed will be sent to the traveler within two hours during business hours.
A formal acknowledgment of receipt will be sent within 48 hours at the latest, specifying the applicable refund terms.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed exclusively through Stripe, using the payment method provided at the time of the initial booking.
- Full refund: processed within 5 to 10 business days
- Partial refund: processed within 10 business days
- Refund of the security deposit: within 10 days after departure
Cancellation by Nexvisit
Nexvisit reserves the right to cancel a reservation under the following circumstances:
- Force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code (an unforeseeable, unavoidable, and external event)
- Major damage to the home (water damage, fire, etc.)
- Urgent repairs rendering the dwelling uninhabitable
If Nexvisit cancels the trip, the traveler will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
Early cancellation of the stay
If the traveler voluntarily leaves early, no refund will be issued for unused nights.
In the event of a violation of the house rules or the general rental terms and conditions that results in Nexvisit terminating the stay, no refund will be issued.
Mediation and Litigation
In the event of a dispute regarding the application of this cancellation policy, the traveler may contact the following mediation service free of charge:

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent court in Strasbourg.
